After all is said and done the Frank to 5k running program is deemed a HUGE SUCCESS. I'm surprised that I was able to complete it with a few difficulties as I had. I am looking forward to the next round and the challenges that I approach. Running on the treadmill and on the beach is going to be much tougher than what the elliptical gave me. I feel as though I've beaten the game on easy and I'm starting over on the medium setting. At no point should I feel any less for getting through the first time because I have grown from the experiences. I know myself a little bit better now and I can't wait to write the end of the next challenge as well! In the mean time I'm going to spend this week finding out my limits with the different weight machines and free weights and I'll be planning out the routine to run as well. This is all for now, so I'll leave you with a picture that means a lot to me!
