Next week is week five and I have dubbed it, along with it's successor, Hell Week. Each day the running will increase. By the end of next week I will be running TWENTY MINUTES without stopping... No sweat. It'll be easy, right?
All but one of my measurements were under done... I'm going to update my measurements bar in a sec but long story short, pretty much add 3" onto all of my measurements. Measuring using rope then lining it up on the tape measure after transferring hands creates quite a bit of room for error. One thing I will not sell short is the fact that I have still lost weight. My numbers may have been off, but they have been consistently off. I've still lost about 3" on all of my measurements. I see how my clothes fit me and the amount of slack on my belt. I know that progress has been made. It just means the starting numbers should have been higher. What I'll do is create an "Original Measurements" chart then whenever I measure I'll compare them to the original instead of the previous. I think it'll make things a little easier to follow.
Lastly, but definitely most importantly, Weebly doesn't offer an email subscription option but I found a website that does it for free! What I need you to do- especially if you're not on Facebook often- is to go to the left in the info bar and enter your email address. Then whenever I post something, you will get an email the following day with the link to my new story! There's no span involved, just a whole lotta good times at my expense! What what? Frankie's moving up in the world! So check out the email subscription! And in about ten minutes check out my new measurements!
That's all for now! Till the next episode!
