I didn't gain all of my weight in a month so therefore I shouldn't expect to lose it that quickly either. The best approach is through research, understanding, trial and error, patience, persistence and most importantly PLENTY OF TIME. Through this method I will attempt to make weight loss make sense and- dare I say- FUN! Welcome to my blog! I'm sorry I'm so behind, my computer has crashed. I have the beginnings of quite a few posts on the computer version of this site, but I can't access them from here. Also I lack the patience to write more on an iPod. So for now just know that I am trying to fix the big problem so I can detail all the little ones. AKA my week.
