Just a quick blurb. I just weighed myself and I'm Down to 354! So the water weight is going away! Back to the daily grind. This weekend I curved my caloric intake back to my normal amounts. So it's back to shrinking alittle bit at a time! Today at some point I'll have the finished version of part two of my GRAND adventure!

Thanks man! I am doing none of those programs. I'm just making sure each day I am focusing on calorie deficit. To me, it's the only thing that will work for the rest of my life. I'm able to eat what I want within reason and I'm learning to function around food like a normal human being. I use an app called My Fitness Pal to keep a calorie diary. I know how many calories I burn on a daily basis and I just make sure that at the end of the day what I took in was less than what I put out!
