There are so many good things to take from this! For one, I will hit my 3 mile mark before this program is done! What I'm most excited for is the fact that when I finish my elliptical version of this program then I will be taking this to the treadmill/beaches! Once I finish that then I will be able to hit the streets! That's 4-5 months I'll be a runner! Woo hoo! This is truly all for today! Tomorrow I believe I will be showing Chris the trials of the Rising Sun trail and hopefully finding the hidden trails beyond that!
